How to make a PayPal Purchase

Select PayPal as your payment option when you’re checking out. You will be redirected to PayPal’s website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you’ll be prompted to log in and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you’ll need to create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Once confirmed, you’ll automatically return to heruniverse.com. For international returns, please use the self-serve return form. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. All clearance items purchased on Heruniverse.com are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping & Billing Address

The shipping and billing addresses on your PayPal account must match the shipping and billing addresses on your heruniverse.com order. If the shipping and billing addresses in your PayPal and Her Universe accounts do not match, your payment will not be authorized. Always double-check your shipping and billing address in PayPal.

A: Sorry, no. If you're using PayPal, you won't be able to use any other form of payment on that order.

A: No, but you can always place another order.

Q: If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my PayPal credit?

A: Returns can take up to 7 business days to process once received. The refund is issued once the return is processed.
